30+ new enhancements in your system!

You spoke....We listened. Today we are launching our fully upgraded Class Registration System for FREE! This upgrade includes over 30 new features and enhancements that our customers have requested over the last year. We thank you for your input, your enthusiasm for our product and look forward to taking your future ideas and growing our software into the best online class registration software!
 
New Feature List:

  • When processing an offline order you now can choose from additional payment types (Pay Later / P.O. / Other)
  • In the process of building a course, you can add the primary instructor, location, total # of sessions and total # of seats
  • Can now review a table of course/class codes and standardize them all on one screen..
    • Course Code Editing (Courses/Classes course>edit>edit course codes)
    • Class codes for a semester (Courses/classes>classes>edit>select term>edit class codes)
  • When entering a course/class, you can enter a teacher, location or a category on the same screen without it previously been setup. 
  • In class/course building you now have the ability to add documents/attachments to classes. When adding/editing a new class you can select up to 2 documents to attach. In the invoice confirmation the user will get links to download "related class material". Also these documents are available to customers in their "my account" area.
  • The ability to copy/paste classes from 1 semester to another. 
  • When creating a course, you have the ability to hide fields:
    • Total # of sessions
    • Total # of seats
    • Days
    • Time
  • Creating a class process now allows you to pick from the following options in the "days" field:
    • Online
    • TBD
    • Various
  • The "Misc" field is now a larger text box on the customer information page.
  • Searching for a customer can now be done by first name as well as by last name or both. 
  • When viewing an instructor's screen, its now possible to directly email the instructor in the system by clicking on their listed email. 
  • Invoices can be resent to a customer after the purchase has taken place. In both of the following places an "email link" is found under the action option.
    • Accounting>current term>search invoices
    • Customer Info>search for customer> customer purchases
  • If you are running the "calendar" grid option, it will now display the class code/title on the date of the grid.
  • Now when processing an offline order there is a notes field located on the Checkout page. These comments will be saved and available on reports.
  • A new report showing all customers with households (reports>export files>export all customers with household members)
  • An option in reports allows "check/uncheck all fields" on the free form reports both on current and past terms.
  • Emailing of past term rosters is now available.
  • The phone number and email addresses for students on the waiting lists is now viewable.
  • A system administrator can now get an email when someone has been added to a wait list (you must request this)
  • On the waiting list, you now have the ability to add comments for each person on the list. 
  • Site timeout has been increased to allow the administrator screen to be open longer.
  • The CVV code has been added to the checkout screens for credit card purchases on front and back end.
  • A large disclaimer screen has been added to the purchase screen to notify the customer that clicking the "purchase" button will cause the credit card to be charged. The following text is now displayed:
    • "Note: your credit card will be charged once you hit the PURCHASE button. Hitting the purchase button more than one time may result in multiple purchases"
  • On the front end the final invoice page title is now "Confirmation" instead of "Invoice"
  • There is an early bird report found (Configurations >early bird>click the "view classes" link)
  • You can now manage home page text boxes found on the right side, where you can post any text and documents for download like: brochures or marketing materials. (Configurations >Home page callout)
  • A new text editor is found on all screens. It allows the ability to upload and manage images and documents for customers to view and download. 
  • On the advance search page on the front end, a new option of search by "month" is available.
